Here are the boutique services we offer to you so you experience efficiency and streamlined logistics in addition to a positive planning experience and positively fulfilling wedding day:

Full Service Wedding Planning

This service is a great fit for anyone who yearns for a stress-free wedding planning process in addition to complete day-of support. While you maintain full creative input and still have your hands in the process, we help you with everything from vendor research to meeting scheduling and accompaniment to budget management, event creative and design, event execution, and more.

Our vision for you with this package is that you can still have a life and enjoy your time during your engagement without having to drop everything and everyone in order to plan. We also want you to dance the night away, eat your deliciously catered food while it’s warm, and spend the hours before and after you say “I do” fully present because we’re on site with day-of coordination.

Deluxe Wedding Day Management

This service is for couples who have carved out time to plan a significant portion of their wedding, but would appreciate additional support in the months leading up to the wedding and day-of coordination. It includes services such as vendor recommendations; a predetermined amount of consulting support for design layouts, rental assistance, contract review, and more; accompaniment to 2 major site visits to ensure nothing is overlooked; and complete day-of coordination to remain stress free and present on your wedding day.

Our vision for you with this package is that you get to have your hands fully immersed in planning while having beneficial consulting support to help you make the right decisions to save you time, money, and sanity. You also get our team for day-of coordination support so you’re fully immersed in your wonderful experience rather than delegating tasks or making decisions on what should go where.

Day-of Coordination

This service is for the couple who has most of their wedding planning done or is prepared to flex and “do it all” leading up to the big day. You tackle all of the to-dos YET we support you on the day of your wedding so you can get pampered, prepared, and say “I do” in your role as bride or groom and not take on the role of vendor liaison, event executor, or decision maker extraordinaire. We begin working with you one month prior to your wedding to create a detailed schedule of events, confirm with all of your vendors, and coordinate your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.

How much does your average couple spend on their wedding and what are your planning fees?

On average, the couples I work with invest between $50,000 - $125,000 on their wedding. There are so many things that affect the overall budget, like guest count, venue, design desires, and so much more. Our full planning couples can plan to invest about 15% of their overall budget on our services. Those who book a form of partial planning or day of coordination vary and we quote these individually. As a starting point, in general our Day of Services begin at $2,200.

Why are your services at the price point they’re at?

Have you ever heard that there are those who give $5 haircuts and those who fix $5 haircuts? The thing with hair is that it grows back and CAN be fixed, but there are no do-overs with a wedding. You have one shot to get it right. We believe in making your wedding the exclusive, high quality experience that “one shot” should reflect, which means our prices are backed by the extensive research, training, experience, and creative artistry that goes into your wedding. The success of your wedding lies more with the people you entrust to help you with it than it does with the checklist that needs ticked. We’d love to be one of those people you entrust with it.

When is the best time to hire a wedding planner?

Now! We recommend you get in touch with a wedding planner as soon as you’re engaged to ensure that your wedding date is available, to allow adequate time to prepare for your wedding, and to have a professional guide you as early as possible in making the best decisions. That said, at any point in the wedding planning process when you realize you need additional support is a good time to reach out and find out what kind of things a wedding planner can help you with.

What is your payment structure?

Fifty-percent of your investment is due at contract signing and fifty-percent is due 30 days prior to your wedding date. I know that every situation is unique, so feel free to ask us if there is an alternate structure that would better suit your needs.

What do you do if something unexpected happens on our wedding day?

Our motto is: “When things go wrong, don’t go with them,” as the wise Elvis Presley said. We make a plan and we find a solution that’s just as wonderful as the first one. With 80+ weddings under our belt, we’re experienced with quick adjustments and making strategic decisions on our feet. But here’s some real truth—on your wedding day (with the right team on board), you probably won’t even know if something didn’t go as planned, because the mission is to keep you celebrating.
